Please contact our billing managers. They will investigate your issue and contact you in return.
Your request for the refund will be received by our team and your issue will be investigated within 72 hours.
To resolve your issue faster, please make sure that you have included the following information in your email request:
- Your name
- Date/sum of transaction
- The first four and last four digits of the credit or debit card that was charged
- Name of the website
- Registered email address
- Reason for your refund or partial refund request
As soon as your issue is investigated, we will contact you by email providing the resolution to your request.
